Nestled deep in the woods of Brewster, Massachusetts is Dream Day’s special Camp Nan-Ke-Rafe. More than 17 acres of rolling terrain, winding trails, and shady solitude provide the optimal getaway setting for families.
The central focus of Camp Nan-Ke-Rafe is family, fun, and respite. We operate camp for six sessions each summer – hosting eight families at each session. We offer a full day schedule of traditional types of camp activities like arts & crafts, swimming, boating, as well as field trips to the ocean and many of the popular Cape Cod attractions.
Our goal is truly to support the family unit – outside of hospitals and doctor’s offices – and give them the chance to create loving lasting family memories and enhance the child’s overall quality of life. From cancer to HIV, sickle cell to cerebral palsy, brain tumors to diabetes, the individual treatment journey may be different but the human need is quite consistent. Beyond the summer days at Camp, Dream Day also hosts a variety of off-season family activities.
All of this is of course, of no cost to the family.
